NIL NTK's Podcast Episode #4 is NOW LIVE!
Over the past year, I've really pushed schools to start to consider what Name, Image, & Likeness looks like within their respective districts, and to begin formulating their strategy and framework.
My doctorate just happens to be in Educational Leadership & Policy Development, so one of my passion points is helping schools consider policy, and developing a framework that adds value to what their articulated goals might be.
As NIL continues to gain traction, I'm hopeful that more and more districts will start to discuss what I call the "Four"ward Movement Framework. For those of you that don't like a play on words, I'm super sorry, but, it just fits!
There are 4 key things that every district needs to be discussing now with their administrative teams in order to be prepared, and working from the front, instead of frantically piecing something together that is going to add massive amounts of stress and pressure to everyone involved.
Get your plan together, and start to figure out what this will look like within your district!
